The Fourth Round of the Lamborghini Blancpain Super Trofeo Europe this Weekend on the Iconic Circuit of Spa-Francorchamps

RELEASE DATE: 22 Jul 2014
The Lamborghini Blancpain Super Trofeo Europe heads towards one of the most iconic and fascinating circuits in the world. On the hilly and twisty layout of Spa-Francorchamps (BEL) the series will race its fourth weekend this season on 25/26 July as part of the prestigious 24 hours event. There are 26 cars registered.

A close fight is expected in all the three classes starting from the PRO group with the leading Bonaldi Motorsport duo made up of the Italian Edoardo Piscopo and the Serbian Milos Pavlovic determined to defend their leadership. A single point margin divides them from the talented young Dutch driver Jeroen Mul (Automobili Lamborghini Racing Team Germany) who stormed home in Silverstone with a double win. Slightly behind comes the Autovitesse Garage R. Affolter Cédric Leimer and Jonathan Cochet crew, and the pair racing with Autocarrozzeria Imperiale Andrea Amici/Roberto Tanca. Alberto Cerqui will race in Spa in one of the GRT Grasser Racing Team cars sharing the wheel with the Czech Tomas Pivoda in his "first" Lamborghini Blancpain Super Trofeo.
