INFORMATION ABOUT THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

Please note the following terms.
Purposes of processing
The personal data you provide will be processed for the following purposes: for the management of relations with the involved party and to provide information, assistance and services requested.
Methods of processing
Your personal data will be processed for the purposes specified above using both automated and non-automated tools, in accordance with the principles of confidentiality and security measures prescribed by law (Personal Data Protection Code).
Entities who may gain access to personal data
The personal data you provide may be disclosed and transferred to other entities operating on behalf of Automobili Lamborghini S.p.A., even with office in other countries not belonging to European Union, in fulfillment of specific contractual obligations, or to Companies belong to Lamborghini Group or belonging to its sales and assistance official network, bank or insurance company including, and will be processed exclusively for the purposes indicated above. The personal data shall be disclosed by the Data Controller Automobili Lamborghini S.p.A. to the abovementioned third parties to the appointed Data Processors and People in charge of processing. The personal data shall not be disseminated.
Consequences of providing personal data
The decision to provide your personal data for the purpose specified above in the Section “Purposes of processing” is discretionary, but your failure to provide your personal data may make it impossible to provide the services that you have requested.
Data Subject rights
Pursuant to Section 7 of Italian Legislative Decree no. 196 dated 30 June 2003, you have some rights that Automobili Lamborghini S.p.A. is obligated to honor. The following are the most important rights you may exercise:
• to obtain confirmation of whether or not Automobili Lamborghini S.p.A. is in possession of your personal data;
• to be informed of the source of your personal data, and of the purposes and methods of its processing;
• to obtain the deletion, blockage of use, updating, correction or supplementation of your personal data;
• to prohibit the processing of your personal data for commercial, advertising or market research purposes;
• to identify the Data Processor and the Data Controller.

The data controller is Automobili Lamborghini S.p.A. with registered office at Sant’Agata Bolognese (BO), via Modena, 12 I-40019, Bologna, Italy. The Data Processor appointed is Synaptic Digital.
Section 7 of Data Protection Code - Right to Access Personal Data and Other Rights
1. A data subject shall have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning him exist, regardless of their being already recorded, and communication of such data in intelligible form.
2. A data subject shall have the right to be informed
a) of the source of the personal data;
b) of the purposes and methods of the processing;
c) of the logic applied to the processing, if the latter is carried out with the help of electronic
d) of the identification data concerning data controller, data processors and the
representative designated as per Section 5(2);
e) of the entities or categories of entity to whom or which the personal data may be
communicated and who or which may get to know said data in their capacity as designated
representative(s) in the State’s territory, data processor(s) or person(s) in charge of the processing.
3. A data subject shall have the right to obtain
a) updating, rectification or, where interested therein, integration of the data;
b) erasure, anonymization or blocking of data that have been processed unlawfully,
including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which they have been collected
or subsequently processed;

commercial communication surveys.
