INFORMATION ABOUT THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
The personal data you provide will be processed for the management of relations with you and to provide you with news and contents regarding the world of Lamborghini, as well as assistance and services requested. The legal basis for this processing operation is your prior consent.
Your personal data will be processed for the purposes specified above using both automated and non-automated tools, in accordance with the principles of confidentiality and security measures prescribed by law. Only the personnel that has been duly authorized shall access to your data.
We will only retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes we collected it for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal requirements. If your personal data shall be transferred to any recipients located outside the European Union Lamborghini will adopt adequate measures as laid down in art. 44 and subsequent of the GDPR (e.g. the adoption of standard contractual clauses). The personal data shall be disclosed by the Data Controller Automobili Lamborghini S.p.A. to the abovementioned third parties to the appointed Data Processors and People authorized to process personal data. The personal data shall not be disseminated.
The decision to provide your personal data for the purpose specified above in the Section “Purposes of processing” is discretionary, but your failure to provide your personal data may make it impossible to provide the services that you have requested.
Pursuant to art. 15 -22 of the GDPR, you have some rights that Automobili Lamborghini S.p.A. is obligated to honor. The following are the most important rights you may exercise:
• to obtain confirmation of whether or not Automobili Lamborghini S.p.A. is in possession of your personal data;
• to be informed of the source of your personal data, and of the purposes and methods of its processing;
• to obtain the deletion, updating, correction or supplementation of your personal data;
• to obtain the data protability;
• to restrict or object the processing of your personal data for legitimate reasons, e.g. for commercial, advertising or market research purposes;
• to withdraw your consent at any moment;
• to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority;
• to identify the Data Processor and the Data Controller.
