Umberto Tossini has been Chief Human Capital Officer and member of the Board of Automobili Lamborghini S.p.A. since October 2006.
His work focuses in particular on individual career paths and processes related to a modern leadership model and the dissemination of a corporate culture based on shared values. Thanks to a strategic approach to Human Resources management that takes into account not only the business, but also the sustainability within the territory, the Company has obtained prestigious awards including those as Top Employer 2016, 2017, 2018.
Born in Avellino in 1967, Tossini holds a degree in Law from Luiss University in Rome. Before joining Lamborghini, he held positions of increasing responsibility in multinational groups, including Vodafone and Fiat.
