Born in São Paulo, Brazil, Arrighi Pereira holds a degree in Business Administration from FEI University and an MBA from the Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV). He has also completed several executive training programs, including Disruptive Innovation at Harvard Business School and Leaders hip Coaching at IESE Business School.
He began his career at Volkswagen Brasil, where he held roles of increasing responsibility within Human Resources. After serving as Head of HR for Renault and Nissan in Brazil, he rejoined Volkswagen in 2021 as a Board Member and Vice President of Human Resources for the South America Region, also serving as Chairman of the Volkswagen Group Foundation.
Since 2026, he has served as Chief People, Culture and Organization Officer at Automobili Lamborghini, contributing to the development of the company’s people and culture, and the transformation of the business towards sustainable, long-term growth.
