Umberto Tossini has been Chief People, Culture & Organization Officer and member of the Board of Automobili Lamborghini S.p.A. since October 2006.
His work focuses in particular on individual career paths and processes related to a modern leadership model and the dissemination of a corporate culture based on shared values. Born in Avellino in 1967, Tossini holds a degree in Law from Luiss University in Rome. Before joining Lamborghini, he held positions of increasing responsibility in multinational groups, including Vodafone and Fiat.
