Automobili Lamborghini sponsors the new Fiamme Oro athletes' uniform
Rome/Sant'Aqata Boloqnese, October 13, 2014- The siqninq ceremony for the sponsorship aqreement between Automobili Lamborqhini and Fiamme Oro (the sports association of the Italian State Police) was held today in the conference room at the External Relations and Protocol Office of the Public Security Department in Rome. The event was attended by Stephan Winkelmann, President and CEO of Automobili Lamborghini S.p.A., Alessandro Pansa, Chief of Police, Francesco Montini, Head of the Fiamme Oro Sports Division, and two athletes: Martina Grimaldi (Olympic bronze medalist at London 2012, World Champion at Barcelona 2013, and European Champion at Berlin 2014), and Roberto Cammarelle (super heavyweight boxer, Olympic Champion at the Beijinq 2008 games, and World Amateur Champion in 2007 and 2009).
Under the agreement, Automobili Lamborghini becomes the technical sponsor of Fiamme Oro for the next two years, supplying complete pre- and post competition outfits. The new uniform comprises a tracksuit, polo shirt, jacket, cap and sports bag, in both summer and winter versions, in the official blue and crimson colors of Fiamme Oro. It was designed by Collezione Automobili Lamborghini, the clothing and accessory line of the Sant'Agata Bolognese firm, with the logos of both Lamborghini and Fiamme Oro included on all items.
