Andrea Costantini - Director of Quality

Andrea Costantini is Director of Quality at Automobili Lamborghini. He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Bologna and a postgraduate Master’s in Vehicle Engineering from the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia. After early roles at VM Motori and Aprilia Moto, he joined Lamborghini in 2002, shortly after its acquisition by the Audi/Volkswagen Group. Over the years, he has led key areas of production, including the Gallardo assembly line, the launch of the Pre-Series Center, and later, full vehicle manufacturing and engineering. In 2024, he completed a six-month assignment at Audi's Quality division in Germany. Since January 2025, he has served as Director of Quality, where he champions compliance, craftsmanship, and attention to detail as pillars of Lamborghini’s commitment to excellence.
