A convoy through the city showcases the brand's latest super sports car, celebrating the fusion of Italian craftsmanship, innovative technology, and emotional performance.
Tokyo, 25 June 2026 - Automobili Lamborghini Japan hosted the “Lamborghini Temerario Tokyo Convoy”, showcasing the all-new super sports car Temerario[1] across some of Tokyo’s most renowned landmarks. Embodying Lamborghini’s vision for the future of super sports cars, six Temerario vehicles drove through the city, expressing a compelling combination of cutting-edge performance, authentic Italian design, and an emotional driving experience that reflects the essence of Lamborghini DNA.
The Tokyo Convoy passed through iconic locations including Shibuya, Asakusa, Ginza, Tokyo Station, as well as the Rainbow Bridge and Tokyo Tower. Against the backdrop of a city where tradition and contemporary culture coexist, the Temerario’s distinctive design and high-performance character created a striking presence throughout Tokyo. As a 100% Italian brand with a global community united by passion and craftsmanship, Lamborghini showcased the combination of Italian design excellence and forward-looking technology, further reinforcing its distinctive identity in the heart of the city.
In particular, the Temerario drew tremendous attention in Shibuya, where countless people stopped to watch the cars sweep through the famous Scramble Crossing. Its striking body colors, low-slung silhouette, and unmistakable Lamborghini identity delivered an overwhelming impact within the urban landscape, with many spectators instinctively raising their smartphones to capture the moment.
Scenes from the convoy quickly spread across social media, especially among tourists and younger audiences, making the Temerario an instant sensation throughout Tokyo. The extraordinary sight of six Temerario vehicles driving through the city created a sense of excitement and exhilaration for many, once again reinforcing the emotional appeal and cultural relevance at the heart of the brand.
In Asakusa, the futuristic design of the Temerario created a vivid contrast against the district’s historic streetscape, a symbol of traditional Japanese culture. Meanwhile, at sunset on the Rainbow Bridge, the sight of six Temerario lined up against the sparkling Tokyo Bay skyline created a cinematic and unforgettable atmosphere.
The Temerario represents Lamborghini’s next-generation HPEV (High Performance Electrified Vehicle), featuring an all-new twin-turbo V8 engine paired with three electric motors. Developed from scratch in Sant’Agata Bolognese, the V8 engine is capable of reaching 10,000 rpm and contributes to a total system output of 920 CV. While carrying forward Lamborghini’s signature performance and emotional driving pleasure, the Temerario introduces a new vision for the super sports car of the future. Combining motorsport-inspired engineering, advanced electrified technology, and authentic Italian design, the Temerario demonstrates how Lamborghini continues to push the boundaries of performance for a new era while remaining true to its authentic DNA.
